Pisco Party

Our inaugural Pisco Party in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, brought the vibrant flavors and rhythms of Peruvian culture to one of New York City’s trendiest neighborhoods. In partnership with premium Pisco brands Campo de Encanto and Macchu Pisco, we curated an exclusive cocktail experience featuring Pisco, Peru’s signature grape-based spirit known for its smooth, aromatic profile. Guests enjoyed expertly crafted cocktails alongside live Latin jazz, capturing the essence of a traditional Peruvian celebration—where music, culture, and mixology blend for an unforgettable evening.

Ceviche King

In collaboration with the Trade Commission of Peru in New York, the Mexican Tourism Board, and Cusqueña Beer, we hosted Ceviche King, a dynamic tasting competition celebrating Latin America’s rich culinary traditions. Ceviche, a dish of fresh seafood marinated in citrus and spices, takes on distinct variations across Latin America, with each country adding its own unique twist. The event brought together New York’s top Latin American chefs, allowing guests to sample, compare, and vote for the most innovative ceviche—ultimately crowning the Ceviche King of New York.

Mezcal Night

In partnership with Mezcal from Oaxaca—a multi-brand initiative bridging Mexico and the U.S.—we introduced mezcal, Mexico’s centuries-old agave spirit, to the East Coast. Unlike tequila, mezcal is crafted using traditional, small-batch methods, giving it a signature smoky flavor. Hosted at Casa Mezcal in the East Village, the event featured a guided tasting experience showcasing mezcals from different agave regions. The night also marked the launch of LatinLover Food & Travel Magazine’s Mexico edition, celebrating the country’s rich culinary heritage. With expert insights, immersive storytelling, and authentic flavors, the event honored the artistry behind one of Mexico’s most iconic spirits.

Street Food Beach Party

On a late-summer Friday afternoon, we transformed Rockaway Beach into a vibrant street food celebration for the launch of LatinLover Food & Travel Magazine’s Street Food issue. Inspired by the bustling food markets of Latin America, the event brought together beachgoers and food lovers for an unforgettable culinary experience. Guests enjoyed fresh ceviche from La Cevicheria and Bolivian-inspired bites from Bolivian Llama Party, paired with ice-cold Cusqueña beer. The festive atmosphere came alive with the beats of DJ Cristo Selektah, blending food, music, and coastal energy into a perfect farewell to summer.
